We put the safety and well-being of rangatahi first. Our kaiako are trained, first aid certified, and police vetted, with clear processes in place for safeguarding.

Our commitments

• All staff and regular volunteers are police vetted.
• At least one first aid certified person is present at every session and event.
• Clear codes of conduct for staff, volunteers, and participants.
• Incident reporting and follow-up processes.
